**Is $1 really the whole price?** Yes: $1 a month, billed $12 a year, for up to 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Nothing upgrades by itself: if you grow past that we tell you, and you choose whether to move up (Solo stops sending at 120% of its monthly emails).

**I don't have time to learn another tool.** Set up shows one step at a time, and your agent can do most of them. The longest wait is usually DNS.

**What if I email the wrong people?** Nobody without recorded consent is sent to, and every send shows who's left out and why before you approve it.
